Session availability: Day: Mon-Fri 10 am. Eve: Mon or Tue. Some Sat mornings.
Pre-appointment: You may be asked to complete a short online initial consultation form to complete before your first session with Shaun.
Pre-appointment: This service is exclusively for those who have attended certified Jikiden Reiki training courses with an authorised Jikiden Reiki teacher. If you have not taken Jikiden Reiki training with Shaun Mckeown you may be asked to demonstrate your Jikiden Reiki training history before the appointment.
If you have not been trained in Jikiden Reiki, please do not purchase this service. You first need to take Jikiden Reiki training. Courses can be viewed here.

Reiki is a hand contact therapy. To be able to deliver effective treatments, Shaun will be making light hand contact to areas of need, with your consent, and observing your personal privacy.

Key Agreement Information
If the contract has been formed at a distance and you are a consumer, a 14-day right to cancel, cooling-off period will apply. To exercise this right to cancel email us within this period and if entitled you will receive a full refund.
Appointments are non-refundable (except in the provision of a cooling-off period).
We may commence the performance of the services before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.
If we have already started work on the services by the time you cancel the agreement, you agree to pay us any costs we have reasonably incurred in starting to perform the services. If we have provided the services in full before the expiry of the cancellation period, then you lose the right to cancel.
You can reschedule an appointment by providing at least 24 hours notice. If you do not provide 24 hours’ notice the appointment will be forfeited.
Appointments expire if not used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
We will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All purchases are subject to our terms of Service (which you will have the opportunity to view and confirm your acceptance at payment checkout).
